Three questions to ask yourself
- Reading “君是山中萬戶侯”, who or what comes to mind first?
- “信知騎馬勝騎牛” — which part of this is already in your hands?
- “爭似騎牛得自由” — if you gave yourself a deadline, when would it be?
About this set
A folk collection of fortune-stick poems named after Guan Yu, the Three Kingdoms general; this site only explains the text. 100 in all. The four-line verses often speak of timing, advancing and holding back. Grades range from 大吉 (very auspicious) to 下下 (lowest).
The poems are traditional folk texts in the public domain, checked against several published versions. The ink paintings are drawn by the site from each poem's imagery. For cultural entertainment only — it can't predict the future and isn't advice of any kind. MoZhu is not affiliated with any temple or religious organization.
