Three questions to ask yourself
- “春來雨水太連綿” — which situation in your life does this line bring to mind?
- “入夏晴幹雨又愆” — in that situation, what matters most to you, and what would you hate to lose?
- “喜逢滂沛足田園” — if you could take only one small step first, which would it be?
About this set
A folk collection of fortune-stick poems named after Guan Yu, the Three Kingdoms general; this site only explains the text. 100 in all. The four-line verses often speak of timing, advancing and holding back. Grades range from 大吉 (very auspicious) to 下下 (lowest).
The poems are traditional folk texts in the public domain, checked against several published versions. The ink paintings are drawn by the site from each poem's imagery. For cultural entertainment only — it can't predict the future and isn't advice of any kind. MoZhu is not affiliated with any temple or religious organization.
