Three questions to ask yourself
- Reading “清閒無事靜處坐”, who or what comes to mind first?
- “飢時吃飯困時臥” — which part of this is already in your hands?
- “放下身心不用忙” — if you gave yourself a deadline, when would it be?
About this set
A folk collection of fortune-stick poems named after Guanyin; this site only explains the text. It is the most widely known set, 100 in all. Most verses are four lines of seven characters, graded upper, middle or lower, and each is often paired with a story from history or opera.
The poems are traditional folk texts in the public domain, checked against several published versions. The ink paintings are drawn by the site from each poem's imagery. For cultural entertainment only — it can't predict the future and isn't advice of any kind. MoZhu is not affiliated with any temple or religious organization.
