These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MoZhu (墨柱) at https://mozhu.ai, including our free tools, AI readings, Inkseed credits and memberships. The service is provided by MoZhu (“MoZhu”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, making a purchase or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What MoZhu is
MoZhu is an entertainment and cultural self-exploration service inspired by Chinese traditions such as BaZi, ZiWei, the I Ching and the almanac. Chart calculations follow calendar rules; readings are written by an AI system for curiosity, reflection and cultural interest.
MoZhu is not a prediction service or a financial, medical, legal or other professional advisory service. Readings do not predict the future, diagnose anything, recommend investments or replace advice from a qualified professional. Please do not make important decisions based on content from MoZhu.
Accounts
You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. With Google sign-in we receive your email address and basic profile information, never your Google password. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used fraudulently or puts other users or MoZhu at risk.
Free use and AI readings
Chart calculations are free. Every day you also get free AI readings: one light reading a day without a membership, and more with a membership (see below). After your free readings are used, you can unlock readings and follow-up questions with Inkseed. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.
Inkseed
Inkseed (墨籽) are digital credits used inside MoZhu to unlock AI readings and follow-ups. Inkseed you buy, and Inkseed granted by a membership, can only be used for readings. Ink Beasts are free: awakenings use daily free awakenings only, and feeding, named eggs and wallpapers can only use Inkseed earned free from check-ins, missions and achievements; none of them can be bought with money. Inkseed have no cash value outside MoZhu and are not a currency, stored-value account or investment. They are for your personal use and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

- Inkstone Peak (砚山): 120,000 Inkseed for $49.99
Inkseed are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed and stay there until used, unless the law requires otherwise. Prices may change for future purchases; a completed purchase is not affected by a later price change.
Membership
- 7-day pass: $1.00, one-time payment, does not renew, one per account; 2 free AI readings a day for 7 days and 1,000 Inkseed on activation
- Monthly membership: $11.99 per month, renews automatically; 3 free AI readings a day and 12,800 Inkseed every month
- Quarterly membership: $29.99 per quarter, renews automatically; 4 free AI readings a day and 14,800 Inkseed every month
- Yearly membership: $89.99 per year, renews automatically; 4 free AI readings a day and 15,800 Inkseed every month
Monthly, quarterly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the Membership page; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep member benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. Quarterly and yearly members receive their Inkseed every month.
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your benefits for 3 more days so you can update your payment method; after that the membership ends.
You can upgrade from monthly to quarterly or yearly, or from quarterly to yearly. The price difference for the current period is charged right away. Downgrades are not offered. If you start a monthly, quarterly or yearly membership while a 7-day pass is active, the 7-day pass ends and the new membership starts that day; remaining pass days are not carried over.
Payments
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments sells the products to you as a reseller and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, billing questions and the refunds we approve. Dodo Payments’ own terms also apply to the transaction, and your card statement will show Dodo Payments. Your card or other payment details are collected by Dodo Payments and are not stored by MoZhu.
Prices are in US dollars and already include any applicable tax. Depending on where you live, checkout may show the price in your local currency at the current exchange rate; the final amount is shown before you pay.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: Inkseed packs and monthly, quarterly or yearly membership payments can be refunded in full within 14 days if nothing has been used since the payment; the 7-day pass and content unlocked or redeemed with Inkseed are not refundable.
Acceptable use
You may use MoZhu only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- copy, scrape or resell the site, readings or Inkseed
- call our servers directly or by automated means to get around limits or prices, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
- create accounts in bulk or use automated tools to use up free allowances
- submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or use the service to harm others
- present MoZhu readings as professional, medical, financial or predictive advice
We may refuse a purchase, remove content or limit access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
AI-generated content
Readings and chat replies are generated by an AI system and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for you. They are entertainment, not facts or advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
Intellectual property
The MoZhu name, site design, Ink Beast characters and artwork, and the reading system belong to MoZhu or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to view the readings and use the wallpapers unlocked for your account for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish them as your own product or use them to train another AI model without our written permission.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep MoZhu available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features, reading styles, prices and pack sizes may change. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date; if a change materially affects paying users, we will take reasonable steps to tell them. Continuing to use MoZhu after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Limitation of liability
MoZhu is provided “as is” for entertainment and cultural self-exploration. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for decisions you make after reading a reading, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about a purchase or your account, please write to [email protected] first; we will try to resolve it with you within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it, either side may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules then in force, seated in Singapore and conducted in English. You may also bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction where you live. Nothing here limits consumer rights that your local law says cannot be waived.

These Terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
